Why not yoga? Yoga gives kids a sense of accomplishment as they find new and interesting ways to move, interact and balance. Plus, everyone can do it and no one feels left out. Yoga is very active, which gets them moving, focusing, laughing and playing. Everyone wins.

An added benefit is that, over time, yoga helps to build self-confidence and self-esteem and teaches freedom of expression, balance and coordination.

The yoga classes for kids are unlike regular yoga classes in that the experienced teacher tailors the methods of teaching to the age of the group. With visualizations and explorations, the poses turn into an extended movement.

Other Fun Party Ideas: Beach Yoga, My American Girl Doll, Little Mermaid Yoga, Movie Fun, PJ Party, Princess Themed, Yoga Art Party, Superhero, or anything your child's heart desires. We can customize as much or as little as you like. You can even just rent the space.

Relax…Our professional staff will be there to handle everything. If needed, we can provide party-themed decorations, paper goods, balloons, birthday cake, henna, hair braiding, face painting, and other party additions. Add on any extras to the Yoga Birthday Package and the price will be adjusted accordingly. We can accommodate up to 24 children on yoga mats in our studio. Without mats or with a mat share, we can accommodate more kids.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required in order to reserve a date and time for your child’s Yoga Party.

We reserve Friday nights, Saturday afternoons & Evenings, and Mid day Sunday for parties.

We can also come to you for Yoga at Your Home

1 hour of fun-filled yoga for up to 10 children. We will provide yoga mats, props, and music to ensure a fun-filled yoga celebration. Includes a yoga game, foot massages and relaxation time. $150 and up - $5 each additional child. Travel fee may apply if beyond 15 miles.
